1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL FOUR, THREE-YEAR
TERMS ON THE SAN RAFAEL BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE,
WITH TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF NOVEMBER 2008 (CC) - FILE 9-2-55
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Noble “Rocky” Birdsey Richard Schneider Kevin Stockman
George Mills Sara Sonnet
Following discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to
reappoint Rocky Birdsey, Richard Schneider, Tim Gilbert and Preston McCoy to fill four three-year
terms on the San Rafael Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, with terms to expire end of
November, 2008, and appoint Sara Sonnet as an Alternate, with term to expire end of November
2008.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
