1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE, FOUR-YEAR
TERM ON THE SAN RAFAEL FIRE COMMISSION, WITH TERM TO
EXPIRE END OF MARCH 2010 (CC) - FILE 9-2-5
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Lawrence “Larry” Luckham Stephen G. Mizroch, M.D. Craig K. Murray
Following discussion, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Heller seconded, to
reappoint Dr. Stephen G. Mizroch to fill one four-year term on the San Rafael Fire Commission,
with term to expire end of March, 2010.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
