IN THE CITY MANAGER’S CONFERENCE ROOM 201, CITY HALL, MONDAY, JUNE 19, 2006 AT 6:00 PM
Special Meeting: Present: Albert J. Boro, Mayor
San Rafael City Council Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Cyr N. Miller, Councilmember
Absent: Gary O. Phillips, Vice-Mayor
Also Present: Jeanne M. Leoncini, City Clerk
1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO, FOUR-YEAR
TERMS ON THE SAN RAFAEL PLANNING COMMISSION, WITH TERMS TO
EXPIRE END OF JUNE 2010 (CC) - FILE 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Gerald Belletto Barbara Lynch Don Maxon
Gayle Mills Larry Paul Dudley Wynkoop
Louis Napoli was unavailable for interview; however, submitted a letter seeking consideration
of appointment.
Amber Perry-McQuown had previously withdrawn her application as she was moving out of
San Rafael.
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to reappoint Larry Paul to fill
one four-year term on the San Rafael Planning Commission, with term to expire end of June 2010.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips
Following discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to
appoint Gayle Mills to fill one four-year term on the San Rafael Planning Commission, with term to
expire end of June, 2010.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
