OPEN SESSION – COUNCIL CHAMBER – 5:00 PM
Mayor Boro announced Closed Session items.
Closed Session 1.c) – Mayor Boro added the following language:
“With regard to Closed Session item “c”, anticipated litigation, the circumstances giving rise
to the City’s exposure to litigation consists of the arbitrator’s recent decision of Elite
Lifestyle’s petition for a rent increase.”
