4. APPOINTMENT OF VICE -CHAIR OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR 2007 (RA) —

Vice -Chair Phillips placed in nomination the name of Member Paul Cohen to serve as Vice -Chair of the
San Rafael Redevelopment Agency for year 2007. Member Miller seconded the motion, and Member
Cohen was elected Vice -Chair by acclamation for the year 2007.
