1. INTERVIEW OF APPLICANT AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, WITH TERM TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2010 (CC) - FILE 9-2-39
Council interviewed Richard Olmsted.
After discussion, Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Heller seconded,
to appoint Richard Olmsted to fill one unexpired term on the Design Review Board, with term to
expire end of June, 2010.

THREE, FOUR-YEAR TERMS ON THE BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES, WITH TERMS TO
EXPIRE END OF APRIL, 2011 (CC) — FILE 9-2-3
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Ursula Davidson Sean Prendiville
Note: Charles Stuckey was unable to attend.
After discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Heller seconded,
to reappoint Sean Prendiville and Charles Stuckey and appoint Ursula Davidson to fill three,
four year terms on the Board of Library Trustees, with terms to expire end of April, 2011.
