INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, WITH TERM TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2011 (CC) - FILE 9-2-39
Council interviewed Brent Dickens and Stewart Summers.
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to reappoint Brent Dickens
to fill one four-year term on the Design Review Board, with term to expire end of June, 2011.

After discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to appoint Stewart
Summers as an Alternate on the Design Review Board, with term to expire end of June, 2011.

Council interviewed the following applicants:
Marie Fisher Daniel Sonnet Dudley F. Wynkoop
Jeff Kirchmann Jack Wilkinson
Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to reappoint Jeff Kirchmann
to fill one, four year term on the Planning Commission, with term to expire end of June, 2011.

After discussion, Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to appoint Daniel
Sonnet to fill one, four year term on the Planning Commission, with term to expire end of June, 2011.

Cliff Meneken, who attended the Planning Commission interviews, submitted a letter to the City Council
requesting consideration of a new Ethical Code for San Rafael City Government.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
