INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS
TO FILL ONE, UNEXPIRED THREE-YEAR TERM TO THE END OF OCTOBER, 2008,
AND FIVE TWO-YEAR TERMS TO THE END OF OCTOBER, 2009, ON THE ADA
ACCESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE (CC) — FILE 9-2-56
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Luc Dehouwer
Shari Dehouwer
Robert Gallimore
Ewen McKechnie
Pat Merrill
Craig Yates was unable to attend interview and Henry LaRoche had withdrawn his name
from consideration.
After discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Heller seconded,
to appoint Luc Dehouwer to fill one unexpired, three-year term to the end of October, 2008
on the ADA Access Advisory Committee.

Phillips and Mayor Boro
After further discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Miller
seconded, to reappoint Shari Dehouwer, Robert Gallimore, Ewen McKechnie, Pat Merrill
and Craig Yates to fill five two-year terms to the end of October, 2009 on the ADA Access
Advisory Committee.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Miller and Vice -Mayor Cohen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips and Mayor Boro
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
