1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO FILL FIVE,
FOUR-YEAR TERMS ON THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REDEVELOPMENT,
WITH TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2011 (CC) - FILE R-140 IVB
Agency Board interviewed the following candidates:
Dirck Brinckerhoff Kay Noguchi Joanne Webster
William Carney Patricia Shelton, Ph.D., MFT Abraham Yang
Carol Patterson was unable to attend for interview; however, she requested that she be considered
for reappointment.
Member Cohen moved and Member Miller seconded, to reappoint Dirck Brinckerhoff,
Carol Patterson, Joanne Webster and Abraham Yang to fill four, four-year terms on the Citizens
Advisory Committee on Redevelopment, with terms to expire end of June, 2011.

After discussion, Member Cohen moved and Member Phillips seconded, to appoint Kay Noguchi to
fill one four-year term on the Citizens Advisory Committee on Redevelopment, with term to expire
end of June, 2011.
