4. Downtown Events — File R-181 X R-140#8
Economic Development Director Nancy Mackle announced that the Blues Festival takes place on September 13,
2008 on Fourth Street, from 11:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. and the Downtown Business Improvement District just launched
a Visitors Map for downtown. Available in City Hall lobby, it will also be distributed to hotels and downtown
merchants and was provided via a grant from PG&E.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:01 PM.
