AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS:
Fourth Street Improvements: - File R-181 x R-140#8 x (SRCC) 4-1-600 x (SRCC) x 9-3-40
Ken Nordhoff, Executive Director, reported that the Fourth Street Improvements project was in the final phases of
resurfacing, and tree planting would commence in November. Staff was optimistic that the major infrastructure
would be in the ground and the street opened and fully renovated before Thanksgiving. The street would be closed
at 8:00 p.m. for this week, reopening at 6:00 a.m. to allow for finishing the paving overnight. In anticipation of the
West End Village celebration on Sunday, November 16th, Mr. Nordhoff stated that as details of the event were
finalized, staff would ensure Agency Members were kept informed.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
