Miller, Vice -Chair Greg Brockbank, Member Damon Connolly, Member Barbara Heller, Member Absent: None 8:04 PM Member Miller moved and Member Connolly seconded, to approve the following Consent Calendar items: ITEM RECOMMENDED ACTION Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of November 3, 2008 (AS) Minutes approved as submitted. Monthly Investment Report for October, 2008 (Fin) - File R-123 Accepted Monthly Investment Report for October, 2008 as presented. Minutes of Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting of September 4, Accepted report. 2008 (RA) — File R-140 IVB AYES: MEMBERS: Brockbank, Connolly, Heller, Miller and Chairman Boro NOES: MEMBERS: None ABSENT: MEMBERS: None AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS: 4. West End Villaqe Celebration: - File R-181 x R-140#8 x (SRCC) 4-1-600 x (SRCC) 9-3-40 Economic Development Director Nancy Mackle reported that the West End Village celebration, which took place on November 16, 2008, was a huge success and a true celebration of the completion of the construction. It all came together due to the involvement of the West End merchants and neighborhood association. She thanked Adam Violante, Pint Sized Lounge, Evet DeCota, Bill Higgins, Whipper Snapper, Bobby's Cafe, Joel Eis, Rebound Books and Sharlene Moss, West End Neighborhood Association. Thanking Ms. Mackle, Chairman Boro commented that it was a great party. Annual Parade of Lights: - File R-181 Ms. Mackie announced that the Annual Parade of Lights takes place on November 28, 2008, including the Snow on A Street and Holiday Market, together with the gathering for the parade. On behalf of the entire community she thanked Member Miller for assisting Kris Kringle for many years; however, this year that role would be undertaken by another.
