Expiration of Terms of Gladys Gilliland, Rick Keefer, Glenn
Koorhan and Roger Smith (RA) — File R140 IVB
Resolution Accepting the Purchase Option From Marin
Housing, Authorizing the Purchase of a Below Market Rate
Unit for $244,000 and Authorizing Additional Funding of up to
$31,000 to Reduce the Resale Price of the Unit and Fund
Costs Associated with the Resale (APN 155-376-24) (RA) —

RECOMMENDED ACTION
Minutes approved as submitted.
a) Called for applications to fill four, 4 -year
terms on the Citizens Advisory Committee
on Redevelopment, to expire end of June,
2013;
b) Set deadline for receipt of applications for
Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 12 -Noon in the
City Clerk's Office, City Hall, Room 209; and
c) Set date for interviews of applicants at a
Special Redevelopment Agency meeting to
be held on Monday, June 1, 2009.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PURCHASE OPTION
FROM MARIN HOUSING, AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF A BELOW MARKET RATE UNIT FOR
$244,000 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDING
OF UP TO $31,000 TO REDUCE THE RESALE PRICE
OF THE UNIT AND FUND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE RESALE (APN 155-376-24)
