CONTINUATION OF SAN RAFAEL FIRE COMMISSION INTERVIEWS — Continued from 4/29/09

Council interviewed Carolyn Lenert.
After discussion there was Council consensus to reappoint Peter Martin and appoint Carolyn Lenert to fill
two four-year terms on the San Rafael Fire Commission, with terms to expire end of March, 2013.
Mary Ellen Irwin was appointed Fire Commissioner Emeritus.
INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE
UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION, WITH TERM TO EXPIRE END OF
JUNE, 2010 (CC) — FILE 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Michael Gadoua, Daniel M. Henning, David V. Law, Marc Levine, Patrick J. Murphy.
After discussion there was Council consensus to appoint Viktoriya Wise to fill the unexpired term on the
Planning Commission to the end of June, 2010.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
