CITY MANAGER'S REPORT: 6. City Manager's Report Ms. Mackle reported that the Farmers' Market begins this Thursday, April 4, 2013 in downtown San Rafael. 5 COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS / REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: (including AB 1234 Reports on meetings/conferences attended at City expense 7. Councilmember Reports Councilmember Heller expressed thanks to PG&E for removing Smart meters from Ecology House.
