Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember McCullough seconded to appoint Kate Colin to Fill the
Unexpired Term to the end of December 2013

2. Swearing in of Newly Appointed Councilmember (CC)
Kate Colin was sworn in as the Newly Appointed Councilmember by the City Clerk.
