Present: Chairman Phillips, Board Members: Colin, Connolly, McCullough
City Manager Nancy Mackle, City Attorney Robert Epstein, City Clerk Esther Beirne,
Deputy City Clerk Jeannie Courteau
1. Resolution approving By -Laws and Certain Related Matters
Mark Mosesm Interim Finance Director presented the staff report.
Board Member McCullough moved and Board Member Heller seconded to adopt the Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 2013-01 — RESOLUTION APPROVING BY-LAWS AND CERTAIN
RELATED MATTERS
