1) Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill Four Four -Year Terms
to the End of June, 2017 on the Citizens Advisory Committee on Economic Development
and Affordable Housing (ED) — File 9-2-65
CAC Interviews
After discussion, the City Council unanimously voted to reappoint Phil Abey, Glenn Koorhan, Gordon
Manashil and Gladys Gilliland and appoint William O'Connell as Alternate.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Colin, Connolly, Heller, McCullough & Mayor Phillips
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
At the conclusion of the regular City Council Meeting, Mayor Phillips announced that Gladys Gilliland,
subsequent to her reappointment, had expressed a preference to serve as an Alternate and therefore, the
City Council would proceed with the process of recruiting and appointing a replacement.
