Councilmember Reports Councilmember Connolly suggested Council receive a fuller briefing on crime in the City. Mayor Phillips reported on attending a Gerstle Park Homeowners' Association meeting regarding Emergency Preparedness. Mayor Phillips reported on "Meet the Mayor" with the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and at the Al Boro Community Center, and also: Meeting with the MOC, noting a lot of concern was expressed regarding the REST program. Mayor Phillips and Councilmember McCullough reported meeting with labor representatives from San Rafael. Mayor Phillips and Councilmember McCullough reported that with others, they had selected a financial adviser. Vice Mayor Connolly reported on: "Rare Disease Day" at BioMarin San Rafael Little League Season Opening Day Impact Marin Economic Conference Venture Greenhouse W Councilmembers Bushey and Colin reported that they would attend the Marin Sanitary Service Food To Energy event tomorrow, March 18, 2014.
