a) Interview of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill Three Two -Year Terms
to the End of November, 2016 and Two Four -Year Terms to the End of November, 2018 on
the San Rafael Measure E - Transactions and Use Tax (TUT) Oversight Committee (CC)

Measure E Interviews
The City Council interviewed Larry Luckham, Jacqueline Schmidt, John Erdmann, Gladys Gilliland, Cyr
Miller and Harry Shin.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Larry Luckham and Jacqueline Schmidt
appointed to serve two, four-year terms to the end of November, 2018, and John Erdmann, Gladys
Gilliland and Cyr Miller appointed to serve three, two-year terms to the end of November, 2016 on the
San Rafael Measure E - Transactions and Use Tax (TUT) Oversight Committee
