Reappointment of Salamah Locks to Fill One Three -Year Term to the end of June, 2018 on the Marin County Commission on Aging (CC) — File 199 Aging Commission Appointment Salamah Locks was reappointed to fill a three-year term to the end of June, 2018, on the Marin Commission on Aging. C. Resolution of the City Council (CC): — File 9-4 Proposing a General Municipal Election, Including the San Rafael Elementary School District and the San Rafael High School District General Election, to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015; 2. Councilmember Reports • Mayor Phillips announced that at a Special Meeting held earlier this evening, Council reappointed Dirck Brinckerhoff, William Carney and Bob Jackson and appointed Kati Miller and William O'Connell to fill five four-year terms to the end of June, 2019, Roger A. Smith was appointed to fill one unexpired four-year term to the end of June, 2017, and Gladys Gilliland was appointed Alternate.
