Recommend adoption of Resolution.
12. Swearing -In Ceremonies:
The Following to be Sworn in by Jeanne Leoncini, City Clerk:
1) Barbara Heller, Councilmember
2) Cyr Miller, Councilmember
3) Jon Loberg, Board of Education Member
4) Natu Tuatagaloa, Board of Education Member
