Closed Session: - None OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION – 7:00 PM The public is welcome to address the City Council at this time on matters not on the agenda that are within its jurisdiction. Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the City Council is not permitted to discuss or take action on any matter not on the agenda unless it determines that an emergency exists, or that there is a need to take immediate action which arose following posting of the agenda. Comments may be no longer than two minutes and should be respectful to the community. CONSENT CALENDAR: The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the City Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. In the alternative, items on the Consent Calendar may be removed by any City Council or staff member, for separate discussion and vote. 3. Consent Calendar Items: a.Approval of Minutes of City Council / Successor Agency Meeting of December 7, 2015 (CC) Recommended Action – Approve as submitted b.Acceptance of Affirmations of Confidentiality of Closed Sessions for Councilmember John Gamblin, Economic Development Coordinator Tom Adams, Assistant City Manager Cristine Alilovich, Public Works Director Dean Allison and Economic Development Manager Stephanie Lovette (CC) Recommended Action – Accept report c.Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter Into an Agreement with the Downtown Streets Team for Services Outside of the Downtown Core Area in an Amount Not to Exceed $25,000 (ED) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution d.H Street Roadway Improvement Project: (PW) 1.Resolution Appropriating Additional Funding in the Amount of $74,205.83 for the H Street Roadway Improvement Project, City Project No. 11206 Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution 2.Accept Completion of the H Street Roadway Improvement Project, City Project No. 11206, and Authorize the City Clerk to File the Notice of Completion Recommended Action – Approve staff recommendation e.Resolution Awarding a Contract for Construction of the ADA/DOJ Curb Ramps 2015-2016 Project, City Project No. 11263, to Coastside Concrete and Construction, Inc., In the Amount of $187,750, Authorizing the Expenditure of up to $22,500 (12%) for Project Contingencies and Authorizing an Additional $50,136 for Extra Work for a Total Authorization of $260,386 (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution f.Accept Completion of the Street Resurfacing 2014-2015 Project, City Project No. 11248, and Authorize the City Clerk to File the Notice of Completion (PW) Recommended Action – Approve staff recommendation OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: 4. Consent Calendar: None ADJOURNMENT Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda-related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
