CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECUIT1ON
TO
KHELRI'JHOVAHN
Employee of the 4t' Quarter 2012
WHEREAS, Khelri' Jhovahn began her career with the City of San Rafael Human Resources
Department in November of 2002; and
WHEREAS, Khelri' is often the first and last point of contact between HR and our employees,
conducting New Hire Orientations and Retirement meetings, as well as
everything in between; and
WHEREAS, Khelri' is always courteous no matter how busy she may be and assists everyone
with a smile and care; and
WHEREAS, Khelri' is very knowledgeable and possesses the skills to complete multiple
tasks, often with competing deadlines; and
WHEREAS, Khelri' fundamentally understands the needs of her customers, including
employees, retirees and prospective employees, and provides all her external
and internal customers with excellent service; and
WHEREAS, Khelri's skills with the oven and ice cream maker have delighted her colleagues
and helped them overcome their envy of her fitness level.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael do hereby extend their congratulations and appreciation to Khelri' Jhovahn as Employee
of the 4t' Quarter of 2012.
