A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE PARCEL
MAP AND THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
THREE UNIT CONDOMINIUM LOCATED AT 1144 MISSION AVENUE
ENTITLED "PARCEL MAP -MISSION AVENUE CONDOMINIUMS".
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael did on October
26`h, 2010 adopt Resolution Number 10-16 approving a tentative parcel map for a
proposed three unit residential condominium map of the property at 1144 Mission
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Parcel Map for said subdivision,
entitled "Parcel Map -Mission Avenue Condominiums," and supporting documents
including a proposed Subdivision Improvement Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the Parcel Map and supporting
documents and has determined that they comply with the requirements of the approved
vesting tentative map and the requirements of the California Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the proposed Subdivision
Improvement Agreement and has recommended that it be approved by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael that the Subdivision Improvement Agreement included in the staff report to
the City Council is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute said
Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that the "Parcel Map -Mission Avenue Condominiums" is hereby approved, conditioned
upon submittal by the applicant of the signed Subdivision Improvement Agreement and
any required bonds, documents and/or fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City
Clerk, upon receipt of the fully -signed Subdivision Improvement Agreement and all other
required documents and fees, to record the Parcel Map in the Official Records of the
County of Marin.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on 1St day of July, 2013, by the following vote to wit:
