CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
KENT RANDALL, THE MOULDING COMPANY
WHEREAS, The San Rafael Police Department has been without a
canine program for eleven years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kent Randall, the owner of The Moulding Company,
most generously donated the funds to purchase canine Ares; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Randall's donation was integral in reestablishing this
vital program to the San Rafael Police Department and to the City of
San Rafael and its citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE IT 1S RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Rafael, express sincere appreciation and gratitude
to Mr. Randall for his most generous donation.
