RESOLUTION NO. 13626
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP
LABELED "PARCEL MAP -LANDS OF MENDELSOHN" AND ACCEPTING THE
PORTION OF THE PROPERTY DEDICATED TO THE CITY AT THE CORNER OF
BELLE AVENUE AND VALENCIA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director on June 3, 2013 did approve the
minor subdivision to create two lots on Assessor's Parcel Number 014-062-04; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Parcel Map for said subdivision, entitled
"Parcel Map -Lands of Mendelsohn", and supporting documents; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map includes an offer to dedicate a public right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the Parcel Map and supporting documents
and has determined that they comply with the requirements of the approved vesting tentative map
and the requirements of the California Subdivision Map Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael that the "Parcel Map -Lands of Mendelsohn" is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk,
upon receipt of necessary fees and the fully -executed map in recordable form, to sign and record
the Parcel Map in the Official Records of the County of Marin.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on the 7th day of October, 2013, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COL'NCILMEMBERS: Colin, Connolly, Heller, McCullough & Mayor Phillips
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
