PRESENTS THIS
RESOUTION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
NICHOLAS (NICK) KUNST
WHEREAS, Nick Kunst is General Manager of Kunst Painting, a four -generation paint
contracting business operating in Marin County since the 1950s; and
WHEREAS, Nick Kunst being civic minded, desiring to give to the betterment of his
community and always willing to lend a hand where needed, saw a need at
San Rafael Fire Station #2; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Fire Department is the recipient of the kindness of Nick
Kunst in providing a newly painted fire station through the generous gift
of time and resources; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Fire Department wishes to provide recognition for his
contribution and to publically thank Nick for his continued support to the
Department and to the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby commend Nick Kunst for his tireless and selfless efforts on
behalf of the citizens of San Rafael.
