RESOLUTION NO. 13179
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint business community members to the BID
Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be appointed to the BID
Board with 2 year terms expiring June 30, 2013:
Stan Gibbs
Art Works Downtown
Jack Hunt
Jack Hunt Automotive
Noah Berry
Broken Drum
John Godsey
Fourth Street Press
Kyle Hixon
Community Member
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, CLERK of the City of San Rafael, HEREBY CERTIFY that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting, held on the 201h day of June 2011, by the
following vote, to wit:
