Emplovee of the Second Quarter 2011
WHEREAS, Barbara Reher has been an important and essential member of the City of
San Rafael Building Division for 6 years; and
WHEREAS, Barbara has shown herself to be patient, efficient with great attention to
detail and accuracy in her daily responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, Barbara honestly enjoys working with the public and assisting them in her
role as Permit Technician; and
WHEREAS, Barbara's willingness and ability to take on additional assignments and
responsibilities is both commendable and appreciated; and
WHEREAS, Barbara is always seeking to become more knowledgeable in the many
codes we administer in order to better inform the public; and
WHEREAS, Barbara epitomizes great customer service with her ready smile and
pleasant demeanor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby designate Barbara Reber as the "Employee of the Quarter" for
the Second Quarter of 2011, and express sincere appreciation for her dedication,
professionalism and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
