TO
PEGGY HEATH
Employee of the Fourth Quarter 2009
WHEREAS, Peggy Heath has been an integral member of the City of San Rafael
Parking Services division since 1990, specializing in the abatement of
abandoned vehicles; and
WHEREAS, Peggy Heath accepted the duties of Parking Supervisor (when the current
Supervisor was on medical leave) without hesitation or complaint; and
WHEREAS, Peggy Heath makes customer service her top priority by learning all
pertinent sections of the California Vehicle Code and the City of San
Rafael Municipal Code in order to better inform the public; and
WHEREAS, Peggy Heath, as Acting Supervisor, greatly assisted the new Parking
Services Manager with settling into the department; and
WHEREAS, Peggy Heath's willingness and ability to take additional assignments and
responsibilities is commendable and recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby designate Peggy Heath as the "Employee of the Quarter" for
the Fourth Quarter 2011 and express sincere appreciation for her dedication,
professionalism, and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
