RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO REVISE THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT FEE FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING REPORTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Master Fee Schedule on January 20, 2009, by
Resolution No. 12647; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council revised the Master Fee Schedule on February 16, 2010, by
Resolution No. 12918 for Animal Control Services provided by the County of Marin;
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department wishes to revise the fees for
residential building reports to achieve cost recovery goals and return to previous service levels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby amends the existing Master Fee Schedule, Resolution No. 12647 to revise the fees
for residential building reports, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the San Rafael
City Council held on Tuesday, the 6th day of July, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers: Brockbank, Connolly, Levine & Mayor Boro
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: Heller
