A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL APPROVING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR
THE TWO LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 45 HAPPY LANE ENTITLED
"PARCEL MAP — LANDS OF BREITMAYER"
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, did on September 21,
2009, approve the tentative map for the subject property by adopting resolution number
12839.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, that the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for said
subdivision, approved by the City Council of said City on September 21, 2009, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute the Subdivision
Improvement Agreement.
I, ESTH ER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on the 16`h day of August, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Brockbank, Connolly, Heller, Levine & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
