RESOLUTION APPOINTING NEW MEMBERS TO THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT (BID) BOARD OF DIRECTORS
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2012
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the BID has open slots on their Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint business community members to the BID
Board of Directors:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be appointed to the BID
Board with terms expiring June 30, 2012:
Joel Eis
Susy Espinoza
Jack Hunt
Stephanie Kisak-Tyson
Mike Lamorte
Bente Mirow
Rebound Bookstore
Celebracion Bridal & Tuxedo
Jack Hunt Automotive

I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, CLERK of the City of San Rafael, HEREBY CERTIFY that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
