SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1795 — An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Repealing Sections 2.16.025, 2.16.026, 2.16.027 and 2.16.028 of the San Rafael Municipal Code and Adding a New Chapter 8.10 to the San Rafael Municipal Code to Regulate the Use of City Parks and Buildings (CS) Approve as submitted. Approve final adoption of Ordinance No. 1795. 4. Monthly Investment Report for Month Ending November, 2002 (MS) Accept report. 5. Adoption of State of California 2002 Standards Specifications Approve staff and Plans for Construction Projects (PW) recommendation. PUBLIC HEARING: 6.
