Consideration of Ordinance Amending San Rafael Municipal Code Sections 14.03.030, 14.05.020,
14.05.022, 8.15.005 and 8.15.270 to Provide a Definition for "Significant Tobacco Retailer" and to
Prohibit Establishment of New Significant Tobacco Retailers Within One of the Three Alternative
Distances (1,000 Feet (Alternative "A"), 750 Feet (Alternative "B"), or 500 Feet (Alternative "C") From
the Following Youth -oriented Land Uses: Schools, Parks, Libraries, Community/Recreation Centers,
Daycare Centers, and Houses of Worship with Organized Youth Programs; City of San Rafael,
