Resolutions Re: Election Matters — General Municipal Election Adopt Resolutions (3). Re: Gold Hill Grade: (CA) a) Consideration of Resolution: 1) Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Land Purchase Agreement for City Acquisition of 26 Acres on Gold Hill Grade for Open Space (APN 015-250-28; 015-250-55); 2) Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Certificates of Acceptance of Grant Deeds for said Parcels; and 3) Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Any and All Other Documents Necessary to Complete Said Purchase b) Consideration of Resolution: 1) Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Marin County Open Space District for the Purpose of Granting to Said District a Conservation Easement over 26 Acres on Gold Hill Grade for Permanent Open Space in Exchange for District Contribution of Funds Toward the Purchase of Said Property; and 2) Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Conservation Easement Over 26 Acres on Gold Hill Grade for Permanent Open Space Explanation: See enclosed material.
