CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUTION OF dPPREEIRTION
TO
BERNADETTE PAYNE
WHEREAS, Bernadette Payne has served as a volunteer with the City of
San Rafael since July 1, 1999 and has donated more than one thousand hours of
service to the San Rafael Police Department; and
WHEREAS, Bernadette has freely given those hours of her time to assist
the Police Department in its mission; and
WHEREAS, Bernadette has provided invaluable assistance to the Support
Services Division and police administration over the past ten years, taking on
numerous tasks, including the RUOK? Program, delivery of court documents, and
distributing informational materials to the public, special projects and maintaining
volunteer time records; and
WHEREAS, Bernadette has always performed her duties with
enthusiasm. Bernadette is always friendly and a pleasure to work with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of San
Rafael hereby extend their appreciation and thanks to Bernadette Payne for her
outstanding and dedicated service to the City of San Rafael as a volunteer.
