PRESENTS THIS
RESIMUTION OF dPPRECUITION
TO
BRUCE P"NE
WHEREAS, Bruce Payne has served as a volunteer with the City of San
Rafael since July 1, 1999 and has donated more than one thousand hours of
service to the San Rafael Police Department; and
WHEREAS, Bruce has freely given those hours of his time to assist the
Police Department in its mission; and
WHEREAS, Bruce has provided invaluable assistance to the Support
Services Division and police administration over the past ten years, taking on
numerous tasks, including the RUOK? Program, delivery of court documents, and
distributing informational materials to the public; and
WHEREAS, Bruce has always performed his duties with enthusiasm.
Bruce is always friendly and a pleasure to work with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of San
Rafael hereby extend their appreciation and thanks to Bruce Payne for his
outstanding and dedicated service to the City of San Rafael as a volunteer.
