RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF MARIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR CHILD CARE
SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008 IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,500.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has been awarded a contract for child care
services at Pickleweed Children's Center from the Community Development Block
Grant Program in the amount of $15,500 for Fiscal Year 2007-2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves and authorizes the Mayor to sign
designated contract documents with the County of Marin Community Development
Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael enters into this agreement with the Marin County Community Development
Agency to provide child care services in the amount of $15,500 for Fiscal Year 2007-
2008.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Mondav, the 7th day of April, 2008.
