CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF RPRECUITION
TO
JACK BRANDON
WHEREAS, Jack Brandon has been an instructor for three years with the CERT
program and has led the teaching of the Disaster Medical Operations
modules; and
WHEREAS, Jack brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to the
Program and has been instrumental in developing a safer, more resilient
San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, he is self -motivating in developing curriculum, is proactive in working
with the City of San Rafael and has been a vital part of the Program's
success; and
WHEREAS, Jack is extremely qualified, professional, engaging, passionate about
disaster medicine and, according to CERT students, a great instructor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby commend Jack Brandon for his tireless and selfless efforts on behalf
of the City of San Rafael.
