RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED "PARCEL MAP — BEING A
SUBDIVISION OF THE LANDS OF PHUONG VAN NGUYEN AND TUAN TIET,
DN 2005-026314."
WHEREAS, On August 25, 2006, the Community Development Director of the City of
San Rafael, State of California, approved a subdivision of one residential parcel into two
residential parcels for the property located at 224 Belle Avenue ; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision divides the property into two legal parcels; and
WHEREAS, the "Parcel Map — Being a Subdivision of the Lands of Phuong Van
Nguyen and Tuan Tiet" has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has found and determined that said Parcel
Map is in conformity with the requirements of Title 15 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
pertaining to subdivisions, and that said Parcel Map complies with the requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California, that the Parcel Map for the aforementioned subdivision, entitled "Parcel
Map - Being a Subdivision of the Lands of Phuong Van Nguyen and Tuan Tiet (DN 2005-
026314)" be and the same is hereby approved, and that the City Engineer and the City Clerk of
said City are hereby authorized and directed to execute the certificate upon the face of the Parcel
Map of the approval thereof and to transmit said Parcel Map to the Marin County Recorder for
recordation.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City held on the 16th day of June 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
