HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 12531 (Master Fee Schedule)RESOLUTION NO. 12531 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO REVISE THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FEES FOR HOTEL AND APARTMENT UNIT INSPECTION FEE. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Master Fee Schedule on June 4, 2007, by Resolution No. 12269; and, WHEREAS, the City Council revised the Master Fee Schedule on December 17, 2007, by Resolution No. 12414 for the Police Department's fees for massage and concealed weapons permits and for alarm permits, and for the Public Works Department's fees for permits and license agreements approving encroachments in the public right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department wishes to revise the fees for hotel room and apartment unit inspections. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby amends the existing Master Fee Schedule, Resolution No. 12269, Table 1, to revise the fees for hotel and apartment unit inspection fee, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective immediately,. I, Esther C. Beirne, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the San Rafael City Council held on the 7th day of July, 2008, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers: Brockbank, Connolly, Heller, Miller & Mayor Boro NOES: Councilmembers: None ABSENT: Councilmembers: None ESTHER C.
