RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
THE STORM DRAIN AT THE SUN VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require that the City of San Rafael
acquire the Easement for Storm Drain on the Sun Valley Elementary School property as
described hereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California, to (a) accept the GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN, dated
October 8, 2007, and recorded as Document No. 2007-0060916, on October 19, 2007, (b)
authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Certificate of Acceptance in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", and (c) to direct the City Clerk to record such Certificate with the Marin
County Recorder.
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City held on Monday, the 1st day of December 2008, by the following vote,
to wit:
