1) Interview of Applicant and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Unexpired Four -Year
Term on the San Rafael Design Review Board to the end of June, 2017, due to
Resignation of Mohit Garg (CC) File — 9-2-39

The City Council interviewed applicant Eric Spielman.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Eric Spielman to a four-year term on the San
Rafael Design Review Board to the end of June, 2017.
