3. Resolution Authorizing Execution of Management Agreement with the Adopt Resolution.
Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) for Management of a
Parking Lot Located on Lindaro Street Between Second and Third
Streets Through December 31, 2004 (RA)
4. Approve the Annual Report, Including a Blight Progress and Agency Approve reports and forward
Owned Property Reports for the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency to City Council for review and
and Forward to City Council for Review and Approval (RA) approval.
5. Resolution Authorizing the Economic Development Director to Extend the Adopt Resolution.
Predevelopment Agreement with BRIDGE Housing Through June 30,
2009 and to Continue to Annually Allocate $250,000 of Housing Funds
for the Agency's Canal Area Housing Improvement Program (RA)
