Member Breiner moved and Member Thayer seconded, to approve the recommended action on the
following Consent Calendar items:
ITEM
1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of
December 21, 1992 (AS)
2. Unapproved Minutes of Citizens Advisory
Committee Meeting of December 3, 1992 (RA)
ACTION
Approved as submitted.

ADD ITEM:
I. DOWNTOWN FARMERS MARKET - File R-181 (VERBAL)
Accepted report.
Member Breiner asked when an assessment would be brought back to the Agency from BID
with regard to the activities on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Assistant Executive Director Jake Ours indicated a staff report would be brought
back to the meeting of February 1, 1993.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM.
