Member Breiner moved and Member Shippey seconded, to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of
August 2, 1993.

2. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF CITY FEES FROM AGENCY HOUSING FUND FOR ECOLOGY HOUSE
(RA) - File R-173 x (SRCC) 13-16
Member Breiner stated she hoped this group has the ability to do the project with the
proposed funding, as they seem to be having trouble predicting and projecting, and
that they will not come back wanting more money.
Member Breiner moved and Member Shippey seconded, to adopt the Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 93-25 - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO ECUMENICAL
ASSOCIATION FOR HOUSING OF $1,985 FOR PLANNING DEPARTMENT FEES
AND PAYMENT OF $29.750.92 TO THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL FOR CITY
FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ECOLOGY HOUSE LOCATED AT BELLAM BOULEVARD
AND CATALINA STREET
