CONSENT CALENDAR
1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS TO FILL TWO VACANCIES ON THE FIRE COMMISSION TO THE END OF
MARCH, 1997 (CC) - 9-2-5 x 9-3-31
The following applicants were interviewed to fill two terms on the Fire Commission, with
terms to expire the end of March, 1997.

Jeannette McCusker had withdrawn her application earlier today.
After discussion, Councilmember Thayer moved and Councilmember Shippey seconded, to
reappoint Richard Heine to fill a 4 -year term to the end of March, 1997.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner & Cohen
Councilmember Thayer moved and Mayor Boro seconded, to appoint Mary Ellen Irwin to fill a
4 -year term to the end of March, 1997.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner & Cohen
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
