CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
GENE NESS
Gene Ness has served as Web Master extraordinaire for the
San Rafael Volunteer Program web site for over five years, creating it
from scratch in a professional and cost-effective way; and
Gene continually updates and refines the web site, including the recently
developed volunteer database, which tracks volunteers signing up on-line;
and
Gene is always available to answer questions, initiate new programs,
offer web advise and is never satisfied with "good enough" but only
"the best"; and
Gene's knowledge, talent, dedication, creativity and commitment has been
invaluable to the Volunteer Program as well as the whole of the
community to which it serves.
ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
Rafael hereby commend Gene Ness for his tireless and selfless
efforts on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
